The Kizer Cannoli Fixed Blade Knife (Model 1089A1) is an ultra-compact and highly portable utility tool designed for keychain or neck carry, focusing on precision, convenience, and everyday functionality. Created by Zach Severn, this minimalist fixed blade delivers strong performance in an extremely lightweight format.

At its core is a satin-finished Japanese AUS-10 steel blade measuring approximately 1.00″. AUS-10 is known for its excellent balance of toughness, corrosion resistance, and edge stability, making it suitable for reliable small-scale cutting tasks. The drop point blade with a flat grind and chisel-style single bevel geometry provides exceptional precision, controlled slicing, and detailed carving capability, inspired by traditional Japanese Kiridashi tools.

The handle is crafted from Vortex Pattern Micarta, offering a textured grip with enhanced control despite the knife’s compact size. Its screw-on inlay system allows for easy customization, and an extra set of inlays is included for style variation or replacement. The oversized lanyard hole improves carry versatility and enables faster deployment when used with a paracord extension.
