At its core is a CTS® BD1N stainless steel drop point blade measuring approximately 4.02″, providing excellent corrosion resistance, dependable edge retention, and easy maintenance. The full-flat grind delivers outstanding slicing performance and precise cutting control, while the Black Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) coating enhances durability and provides a non-reflective finish.
