This model features a 3.50-inch double-edge dagger blade crafted from Bohler M390MK stainless steel with a black finish, paired with a black anodized aluminum handle for a clean, all-black appearance. The result is a premium American-made OTF that retains the streamlined dimensions and everyday carry versatility that have made the Ultratech one of Microtech's most popular designs.

The standout feature of the Gen III Ultratech is Microtech's ZBP (Zero Blade Play) system. Its Zero Stop internal mechanism securely wedges the blade against the chassis when deployed, virtually eliminating the blade movement traditionally associated with double-action OTF knives. The Gen III platform also incorporates Microtech's Dual Fuel Drivetrain for reduced actuation force and the Crud Cutter system, which uses machined grooves beneath the thumb slide to help manage lint, grit, and debris. A wider thumb slide, integrated low-profile glass breaker, Torx hardware, and reversible machined titanium pocket clip further refine this next-generation
